Melbourne

There's a saying in Melbourne "Do not worry if you do not like the weather in Melbourne, just wait. It will no doubt change a few times over the course of a day".

And while roaming around there I actually experienced all seasons in a day. Rain, Wind, Hot & Humid and Cold.

Nashik & Sula Delight

When you are all-tired from work and a friend invites you to her place (that happens to be in another city) whooaa.. that's a treat. Well I went there without any expectation and because of the only fact that my friend went there after marriage. But when my train arrived and to my delight it was raining. My delight didn't end here. The place is absolute beauty with its greenery.

The major part of farming include vineyard that gave me a thrill of going to Sula for wine tasting.

But to my disappointment when we reached there they are closed with wine tasting. So I added this in my wish list (Wine Tasting - Sula). But this disappointment didn't stop me from tasting the beauty of Sula Vineyards.

The love at first sight with the place had already taken place. And now only the longing and that itchy feeling... When I can go back? Next time I'll stay there for at least 2 days is the promise I'd already done to the place.

Agra - The Taj City

Few days back I was in a frustration that I don't go anywhere on a trip to see new things, to eat new cuisine and be in an entirely new place. Then I decided to write a blog and jot down the outings or trips I did in last 3 years.

So far I'd written 2 articles and I am surprised when I opened my ignored photography folders that I had done decent number of trips (about which I'll write gradually) and this no doubt lowered the certain amount of frustration..

Agra is not far from Delhi. Easily a one day trip can be planned. In fact the time is lessened when few year ago they opened Yamuna Express Highway.

 Yamuna Express Highway

I went with a group of friends and finally we saw that white beauty. It is an exquisite architecture.

And we also went across the Yamuna River to catch a different look of Taj. I liked this view more or because of the sky I preferred this view, as after few minutes it started raining and we have to take shelter nearby. But it surely dramatized the sky and gave me a nice click.

And it rained all the way when we were going back.

I am bit more happy today as I recalled one more trip though a short one, today..

A walk to remember - Delhi Photo walks

Though I am a pakka Delhite, I never visited most of the places here.
It all happened in 2011, when my few friends visited Delhi. They asked me to tell places where they can go and I was blank except of some shopping place and few very famous historical places I knew nothing.
Then I decided, at least I must know the place I belong.

First place I visited was RED FORT.. And I am not lying yes I visited that famous place, the place from where our Prime Minister gives speech on Republic Day, one of the place when you say Delhi comes to mind, for 1st time.

Feroz Shah Kotla

Mehrauli Archaeological Park

Tuglaqabad Fort

Jama Masjid

Old Fort

Khairul Manzil Masjid

Siri Fort Museum

Deer Park - Hauz Khas (I always loved this place and can go any number of time) And before this exploration I did not even know that this place existed)

Qutub Minar (The only monument I visited before that too when I was Kid)

And Delhi has lot to offer and still a lot of part is unexplored by me.. And I am in a long break and don't know when will I start the further exploration, though I think this is it for now at least I know Delhi decent enough to be a Guide for a friend.. :D
